Taichung City 2023 Core-competence Game-oriented Speaking Skills Assessment Design

※收件時間：112年3月27日(星期一) 至112年6月30日(星期五)下午5點止。
※參賽對象：本市公立國民中小學(含完全中學附設小學部)英語文教師(含3個月以上長期代理、代課教師、本市外籍英語教學人員)分組(國中組及國小組)徵選。本市外籍英語教學人員兩個組別皆可報名。
※參賽規則：
一、每隊以 1~3 人為單位，每人參賽作品以 3 件為限。1 件參賽作品 1 份報名表、1 個參賽類別(國小組/國中組)。
二、每人至多投稿3件作品(含第二或第三作者身分)。
三、參賽作品不得為另參加或已參加其他公開競賽之得獎作品。
四、參賽作品內容以自行設計或改編遊戲為主，作品引用素材應符合智慧財產權相關規定，如有違反，經有關機關處罰確定者，取消其獎勵資格，並追繳其獎狀、獎金且相關法律責任由參賽者自行負責。
五、參賽作品之著作財產權仍屬於原作者所有，而主辦單位及承辦單位擁有非專屬無償使用權，得以任何形式及方式無償公開展示及重製發行。
※作品形式：
一、以英語撰寫作品內容，並依照素養導向遊戲化英語口說評量活動設計表格(附件1~4)進行遊戲設計，教案內容(不含教案附件)之頁數至多6頁。
二、撰寫格式一律以A4直式橫書、12pt Times New Roman字體由左至右打字，行距採單行間距、邊界上下1.6cm、左右1.9cm，編列頁碼於每頁下方居中位置。

※獎勵辦法:
1.參加獎:作品內容完整齊全者，每件可獲100元禮卷(每人至多3件)。
2.入選獎:作品1件經審查通過且入選者，可獲500元禮卷，頒予獎狀1張；作品2件(含)以上經審查通過且入選者，每件可獲500元禮卷，核予嘉獎1次。

★Submission Time: From March 27, 2023 (Mon.) to June 30, 2023 (Fri.) 5 p.m.
★Participants: English teachers (including substitute teachers) in the public junior high schools and elementary schools (including six-year high schools) in Taichung City should sign up for either the group of junior high school or the group of elementary school based on the school he/she serves. All foreign English teachers employed by Ministry of Education (MOE) and Taichung Education Bureau can sign up for both groups based on the grade level of the submitted lesson plan.
★Rules and Regulations:
1.Each team consists of 1~3 members and each member can submit no more than 3 lesson plans. Each lesson plan should sign up for only one group (junior high school/elementary school) and include one registration form.
2.Each person can submit no more than 3 lesson plans (including the second and third author).
3.Each team must guarantee that the submitted lesson plans have never been publicly shown, published or submitted for other competitions.
4.The lesson plan should be designed originally or revised from games. All the materials in the lesson plans should not infringe intellectual property rights. A breach of this rule will result in disqualification from competition or award. Should any lesson plan breach any laws, the participation teams shall be responsible for legal liabilities.
5.The participation teams reserve all the intellectual property rights. The organizer has authority to use the lesson plans in any media for exhibition, publicity, publication, or non-profit making purposes.
★Submission Format:
1.All the lesson plans should be in English and the games should be designed based on the format of “Core-competence Game-oriented Speaking Skills Assessment Design Template” (Appendix A ~ D) with no more than 6 pages in total (excluding the lesson plan appendixes).
2.The written format should follow the following requirements:
(1) Layout: vertical
(2) Size: A4 (left to right)
(3) Space: single space
(4) Page Numbers: in the center at the bottom of each page
(5) Margin: top and left: 1.6 cm; left and right: 1.9 cm
★Awards:
1.All participants who successfully submitted their entries will receive a 100 NTD voucher per lesson plan. (Every participant can only submit no more than three lesson plans).
2.Aside from the participation award, TETRC will also select a list of exceptional and outstanding lesson plans and the authors will receive 500 NTD voucher, Certificate of Appreciation and the lessons plan will be included in 2023 Core-competence Game-oriented Speaking Skills Assessment Design Handbook.

【轉知國教署國發科新訊】
「2030雙語政策（111至113年）─提升國中小英語教師教學效能─教師國內英語專業發展及選送教師海外短期進修計畫─112年國中小英語教師海外短期進修」報名簡章剛剛發文，相關資訊如下：
一、參與對象：
1)國中及國小教育階段一般(含非山非市)組：於公立國民中學或國民小學服務滿3年以上之正式專任英語教師。
2)國中及國小教育階段偏遠組：於偏遠地區公立國民中學或國民小學服務滿3年(得包含曾任教於偏遠地區校英語文代理教師至多2年年資)之正式專任英語教師。

二、112年遴選200名英語教師(國中100名、國小100名)於112年暑期赴海外短期進修。

三、報名方式：
1)報名日期：即日起至112年4月6日(星期四)晚上23時59分止。
2)一律網路報名。(請貴局(府)將旨揭報名簡章相關訊息轉知轄屬公立國民中小學，並鼓勵轄屬學校英語文教師依簡章所訂時程踴躍報名參加。)
3)錄取通知：正取及備取名單將於112年4月28日(星期五)後公告於本署網站首頁之最新消息，並將另案函知各縣市政府教育局(處)及各國立學校。
